1. General Policy
This policy applies to all bookings made with DKL Africa Holdings and its associated brands.
By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to this policy.
2. Cancellation Policy
Car Rentals
- More than 48 hours before pickup → 100% refund
- Between 24–48 hours before pickup → 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before pickup → No refund
Tours, Experiences & Chauffeur Services
- More than 72 hours before scheduled service → 100% refund
- Between 24–72 hours → 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours → No refund
3. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the agreed time and location without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method
- Transaction fees and bank charges may be deducted where applicable
5. Cancellations by DKL
If DKL cancels a booking due to:
- Mechanical issues
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
Customers will be offered:
- A full refund, OR
- An alternative date/service
6. Amendments
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability
- Additional charges may apply where applicable
7. Force Majeure
DKL shall not be held liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Strikes or civil unrest
