Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made with DKL Africa Holdings and its associated brands.

By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to this policy.


2. Cancellation Policy

Car Rentals

  • More than 48 hours before pickup100% refund
  • Between 24–48 hours before pickup50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before pickupNo refund

Tours, Experiences & Chauffeur Services

  • More than 72 hours before scheduled service100% refund
  • Between 24–72 hours50% refund
  • Less than 24 hoursNo refund

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the agreed time and location without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method
  • Transaction fees and bank charges may be deducted where applicable

5. Cancellations by DKL

If DKL cancels a booking due to:

  • Mechanical issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns

Customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, OR
  • An alternative date/service

6. Amendments

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability
  • Additional charges may apply where applicable

7. Force Majeure

DKL shall not be held liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or civil unrest
