1.一般政策

本政策适用于 DKL Africa Holdings 及其关联品牌的所有预订。

确认预订即表示客户同意本政策。

2.取消政策

汽车租赁

  • 24-48 hours before pickup → 50% refund
  • 少于 取票前 24 小时 → 不退款

Tours、体验及司机服务司机服务

  • 超过预定服务前72小时 → 100%退款
  • data-section-id="17384d" data-start="4032 "data-end="4076">24-72小时之间→50% 退款
  • data-section-id="1h4770a" data-start="4077 "data-end="4117">少于 24 小时→ 不退款

3.未到场政策

在未事先通知的情况下未能在约定的时间和地点到场，将被视为未到场，且不会退款。

4.退款处理

  • 退款将在7-14个工作日内处理
  • 退款将使用原始付款方式进行
  • 可能会酌情扣除交易费和银行手续费

5.由 DKL 取消预订

如果 DKL 由于以下原因取消预订

  • 机械问题
  • 天气条件
  • 安全问题

将为客户提供：

  • 全额退款、或
  • 替代日期/服务

6.修订

  • 预订更改视供应情况而定
  • 在适用情况下可能会收取额外费用

7.不可抗力

DKL对于因其无法控制的事件（包括但不限于）造成的取消不承担任何责任：

  • 自然灾害
  • 政府限制
  • 政府限制 罢工或内乱

1. General Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made with DKL Africa Holdings and its associated brands.

By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

Car Rentals

  • More than 48 hours before pickup → 100% refund
  • Between 24–48 hours before pickup → 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup → No refund

Tours, Experiences & Chauffeur Services

  • More than 72 hours before scheduled service → 100% refund
  • Between 24–72 hours → 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours → No refund

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the agreed time and location without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method
  • Transaction fees and bank charges may be deducted where applicable

5. Cancellations by DKL

If DKL cancels a booking due to:

  • Mechanical issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Safety concerns

Customers will be offered:

  • A full refund, OR
  • An alternative date/service

6. Amendments

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability
  • Additional charges may apply where applicable

7. Force Majeure

DKL shall not be held liable for cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or civil unrest
